Technical steering and business development strategies of the company are set forth by the Board of Director, while the Managing Director is responsible for putting these into effect. All members of the board bear close to two decades of technical & management experience in the oil & gas industry, covering the diversity of technical aspects pursued by KBD Max ®.
At the departmental level, the company is run based on a 'more or less' flat organization. The well experienced & high profile
intermediate management of each discipline leads their teams towards through each assigned task.
Who We Are
KBD Max is a young and dynamic engineering consultancy and R&D group, set out to provide technical consultancy services, as well as software tools to the oil and gas community. Our personnel have come together from all around the globe, and the diversity of experiences at KBD Max is the driving force for delivering technically sound and competitive solutions to our clients.
What We Do
KBD Max provides engineering consultancy services throughout the lifecycle of hydrocarbon reservoirs, be it at the exploration and assessment stage where acquisition data are to be interpreted for reservoir geology and reserve estimate, the pre-development stage where subsurface studies and field reviews are performed geological prognosis and drilling plans are laid out, and conception is made for the design of surface facilities. During and after the development phase, KBD Max can assist in planning for enhanced recovery from the reserves, production optimization and de-bottlenecking.
With a network of highly experienced engineers and field operators, KBD Max also performs independent technical safety reviews, and provides specialized technical advice on tackling environmental issues.
In order to support the consultancy services, KBD Max has a dedicated software development team linked to the company's R&D group, which is focused on providing tailor-made software solutions to the oil & gas industry.
